Foi como se o vento batesse com toda a sua força a porta da casa vazia e só houvesse restado o eco do silêncio. Toda aquela omissão de ruídos gritava bem fundo aos tímpanos e, ainda assim, parecia a mais terna canção de ninar. Fosse em outros tempos, bem no passado, aquele sossego bem seria um incômodo, mas hoje era alívio. Nem bem sabia como havia alcançado toda aquela paz bem diante do caos, mas o contraste era oportuno e agradável. Cansou de brincar de claro e escuro, amor e ódio, bonito e feio, fé e justiça. Deixou de divagar e dar tanta importância aos seus devaneios. Abandonou a inocência das ações, a idéia da bondade alheia e simplesmente parou de sentir. Sem dor, pena, amor, tristeza, paixão. Não tem medo e nem compaixão. Saudade ou mesmo felicidade talvez nem consiga mais descrever. Vive bem, porque não sente e não é triste e nem alegre. Carrega consigo apenas lembranças de um dia que foi e a certeza de que um novo ainda virá.
